Are you addicted to your phone? Suffer a little anxiety when you can’t find it or have no reception?
Maybe you are suffering from FOBO, PSA/SSA or nomophobia. All the same idea but have different names.
Lets define them:
- FOBO – Fear of Being Offline
- PSA/ SSA- Phone Separation Anxiety or Smartphone Separation Anxiety
- Nomophobia – the fear of being out of mobile phone contact
This need to be connected is filtered through the tool of the smartphone as it becomes one concept – smartphone and being online. It enables people to stay connected whenever wherever. FOBO goes together with the psychological disorder, nomophobia or smartphone separation anxiety. Many people aren’t aware of the psychological and cognitive problem FOBO causes. This campaign aims to create awareness in young adults and teens and to encourage a behavioural and attitudinal change.
GET INVOLVED AND SWITCH OFF. LETS TALK AND FACE YOUR FOBO
